Shows: Bowery Ballroom, Brighton Music Hall and Brooklyn Bowl!!

We played D.C. for the third time last night.  As usual, D.C. was GREAT.  Next up:  Wednesday, 5/18 at Bowery Ballroom and 5/20 at Brighton Music Hall, both supporting Sam Roberts Band.  Come out!  And next week, 5/26…headlining gig at Brooklyn Bowl.  $5 bucks.  Get tix here!

A lot of you have been emailing us about not being able to download the EP; we’re fixing the bug and will get it up and running ASAP. Sorry about that, we know it’s annoying!!!

In other news, there’s a lot of really exciting stuff coming up. We’re currently writing and recording TONS of new jams in preparation of a proper full length. More details to follow.

We’re excited to be playing in Austin this week.  Other bands like Fang Island and White Arrows will be bringing the goods.  If you’re in town for the SXSW festivities, be sure to mark your iCal and head over to one or all of our shows and say hello.  These showcases are being brought by the fine folks at Deli Mag, West Rocks, Musebox and Flavorpill.

Batter Up!!! The Rassle on PS3′s MLB 2011 The Show!

If you don’t play video games, maybe now’s a good time to do so: SonyPlaystation just came out with their wildly anticipated MLB 2011 The Show video game.  What’s more, is that its sound track is comprised of not only us, but the likes of MGMT, Cults, Passion Pit and a bunch of other great bands.  Stoked!!!  Go Mets!!!

If you’re in NYC next week, this is definitely not one to miss:  On Saturday, February 19th, we’ll be supporting Fences at Mercury Lounge. Let’s pack this place out early:  Let us know you’re coming!
